
Internet Banking Safety Tips

However the following tips are provided as a guide to assist you in making your Internet Banking experience safe. It is not an exhaustive list and is intended for information purposes only.
- Do not leave your computer unattended once you have signed in to online banking without logging out successfully.
- Do not share, disclose, or provide your account details or password to others. Change your password immediately if you feel that your password has been compromised in any way.
- While selecting a password, choose a series of characters that cannot be easily guessed by anyone else. It should include at least combination of numbers, alphabets and special characters and should be of reasonable length.
- Change your password at regular intervals.
- Ensure that you are not observed by anyone while entering the password.
- If you are using a public computer, clear the cache and close the browser so that the copies of the WebPages don't get stored locally in the hard disk. Don't ever use "Remember Password" option in the browser.
