NIC VISA Debit Card
NIC Bank has launched the internationally branded "NIC VISA Debit Card". Any person maintaining a Current or Savings Account with the Bank can apply for the card. It is accepted in more than 300,000 merchant outlets and 20,000 ATMs in Nepal and India.a) Cash Withdrawal:
Per transaction: NPR 16,000 (some ATMs may dispense less)
Per day: NPR 16,000 (INR 10,000 in India)
Per day: NPR 100,000 (in Nepal)
Per Month: INR 100,000 (in India)
b) POS:
Per transaction: No Limit
Per day: NPR 500,000
Fees:
- Joining Fee (Primary / Supplementary Cards) : NPR 250
- Annual Renewal Fee: NPR 250
- Replacement Fee (In case of lost/damaged card): NPR 250
- New PIN (In case of PIN lost): NPR 100
a) On NIC ATM : No Charge
b) On Himalayan Bank ATM : NPR 30 per transaction (txn)
c) On SCT Network ATM : NPR 35 per txn
d) On VISA Network ATM (in Nepal): NPR 150 per txn
e) On VISA Network ATM (in India): NPR 250 per txn
For Balance Enquiry:
a) On NIC ATM : No Charge
b) On Himalayan Bank ATM : NPR 5 per enquiry
c) On SCT Network ATM : NPR 5 per enquiry
d) On VISA Network ATM (Nepal & India) : NPR 50 per enquiry
Note: NIC Bank reserves the right to amend the charges at any time with or without prior notice to the cardholder.
For POS (Point of Sale) Machines:
Free at any merchant outlet when making payments for goods/services purchased without direct cash payment.

NIC Cash Card
NIC CashCard allows its holder to withdraw cash, inquire balances and make payments through a wide network of ATMs and POS machines of SCT Network in Nepal and more than 1,000 ATMs of Punjab National Bank under FSS Network in India. NIC CashCards can be availed of without maintaining account also.
