NIC Bank's 11th Annual General MeetingDecember 17, 2008NIC Bank's 11th Annual General Meeting was held on December 17, 2008 in Biratnagar. The meeting was chaired by the Bank's Chairman Mr. Jagdish Prasad Agrawal. The Annual General Meeting approved the issue of 20% bonus share and 1.0526% cash dividend. The Bank posted a Net Profit of Rs. 243 million in 2007/08 which is 53% more than last year. NIC Bank is also pleased to announce that Mr. Rajendra Aryal and Mr. Birendra Kumar Sanghai have been reelected as directors representing the general public shareholders of the Bank for another 4-year term. The Bank has posted an 89% growth in its Operating Profit to Rs. 223 million in the first 4 months of the current year. |
